A position was presented as lead designer, under the experienced firm MB Architects, for a new development located in a historical town on the fringe of Cape Town.  The large sloped site allowed for the majority of plots on the land to have great views. The development comprises of 38 different house types, 6 duplex types and 6 apartments, all of which have a different and unique feel from one another.
