A challenge with this new build home was implementing a large & relatively complex brief into a small site. It comprises of two separate entrances and garages which access two completely private homes. It has been designed so that with the removal of just one wall, the duplex will function as a single residence with plenty of area for additional bedrooms and new unique spaces.
